FIFTH STRAIGHT YEAR STREAMING FOR WHILTON MILL KART CLUB

In 2022, Alpha Live will be continuing their partnership with the FastR Whilton Mill Kart Club (WMKC) for the fifth successive season.

The series, which has been one of the most popular single-track championships in recent years, hosted its opening round of the 2022 season on Sunday 23rd January with an action packed grid of 271 drivers spread between 7 classes. Since 2018 when the streaming began, the series has seen its numbers develop by around 10% in every class.

'We are excited to be working with Alpha Live again for 2022 and look forward to working with them for the foreseeable future.' commented WMKC Sports and Operations Manager Dan Rust. 'The Alpha Live production at Whilton Mill Kart Club has certainly added great value to our championship and this can be seen through the increase of entries and members ever since we started working with Alpha Live in 2018'

The new-for-2022 two-day format has allowed WMKC to run a larger number of entries and round two is already at capacity with 272 drivers signed up for the event on the weekend of 26th and 27th of February. Alpha Live will be live-streaming all of Sunday's action on all eleven events, including all the major Finals for each class, so you will never miss the champions being crowned.

Rust added 'We receive many compliments regarding the live streaming that Alpha Live produce plus our customer's family and friends, who are unable to spectate at our venue (especially due to covid) are able to watch from the comfort of their own homes and show their support through the live stream from all over the world'

John Ratcliff has joined the team in the commentary box and was accompanied by Anthony Jordan at Round 1. The duo also produced a new Paddock Show for the lunch break and this will be continuing at Round Two so if you want to get your face on the stream or give your sponsors a shout out, make sure you catch them walking around the paddock during morning testing…… and make sure you know your grid position!
